Terror of Demons, 1776 Quebec Turns Back Bostonians
After a long drawn-out war, Quebec was exhausted and the arrival of fresh American troops again threatened the peace. The people place their trust in St. Joseph, their national patron. Following the departure of the Bostonians, a Mass of Thanksgiving was offered in honor of St. Joseph on April 28,1776.
